Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam ‘URI: The Surgical Strike’ receives huge appreciations and declared tax free in UP!

Uri: The Surgical Strike starring Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam in the lead roles is creating a havoc on the box office. The film has received immense love and appreciations within few days of release.
Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu recently watched the film and it seems he has got inspired by the film. Sharing some pictures on his official twitter account, he wrote,”Happy to have watched the movie ‘Uri-Surgical Strikes’ today along with Indo-Tibetan Border Police Personnel who guard the Vice President’s Residence in New Delhi. It was an inspiring movie. I congratulate the cast & crew of #Urimovie for showcasing the valour of #IndianArmy.

The movie has been declared tax-free in the North Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The film will be exempted from the State GST and the viewers will have to continue paying the Central GST. Taran Adarsh a Film critic and trade analyst announced this news on his twitter account. He wrote,”#UriTheSurgicalStrike declared tax-free in Uttar Pradesh… Exempted from state GST. #UP #Uri #TaxFree.”
