Ihana Dhillon finally makes it to her home in Punjab. Shares pictures

This devastating pandemic has made the lives of many people very difficult. Many celebrities and actors are also unable to visit their homes out of the fear of catching the virus and spreading it further. But it seems like the ‘Hate Story IV’ actress Ihana Dhillon’s stay at Mumbai amid the lockdown has come to an end.
The actress has finally returned to her home in Punjab and united with her parents on Thursday. She was in Mumbai till March to shoot a music video, but due to the sudden Lockdown nationwide, she couldn’t return to her home at the time. She spent the lockdown in Mumbai by keeping herself busy with yoga, meditation, reading books and learning Spanish as we could see on her Instagram page.
Here are some of her posts:
Just a day back, she finally traveled to Chandigarh by air wearing a PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) suit. According to the report of a leading daily, Ihana said:
“I booked my air tickets twice earlier, soon as relaxations were announced on travel. Unfortunately, the flight got cancelled and I got stuck here in Mumbai. My parents live in Faridkot in Punjab while my sister stays in Chandigarh. Given the pandemic, I was worried about my parents living alone in Punjab in the situation.”
Ihana Dhillon took to her social media handle, sharing some pictures of herself. In the pictures, she can be seen wearing a PPE suit and posing outside the airport.
Have a look at it here:
The actress will self-quarantine at her parents’ house for at least 14 days. She said,
“My parents are old and I was anxious about their well-being. Not wanting to risk their safety, and mine, during the travel from Mumbai airport I covered up completely in the PPE. The situation is scary in Mumbai. Even if I contracted the virus, I could still stay asymptomatic while potentially becoming a carrier for my parents who are older.”
Talking about Ihana’s film career, she has featured in many Punjabi movies like, ‘Daddy Cool Munde Fool’, ‘Blackia‘ among others. Further, Ihana’s Punjabi film ‘Gol Gappe‘ was supposed to hit the theatres in April, but it postponed owing to the pandemic. When asked about her other projects, she said,
“Besides Punjabi, my Hindi film, ‘Bhuj’ is also in limbo. I heard that some Punjabi producers are planning to start shooting sometime soon. But producers of my films are in no hurry and will wait for things to settle down.”
Well, no matter how hard the times get, everyone finds their way out. We wish that Ihana stays healthy and also hope to see her back on screen soon.
