After the assault, Guru Randhawa decides not to perform in Canada, ever!

As shared in the morning, India’s renown artist Guru Randhawa recently got assaulted by a man in Canada during the artist’s live show. Guru Randhawa’s picture being hit after the assault was doing rounds on the internet. A lot of speculations were made and the man who did this remain unidentified. However, Guru Randhawa’s management recently shared a picture of the artist with stitches above his right eyebrow along with a note. An excerpt from the note read,
“That man was trying to come on stage again and again and then he started fighting with everyone backstage. He was known to the local promoter Surinder who sent him away during the show. But at the end when Guru finished the show and was leaving the stage, that punjabi man came and hit him hard on his face with a punch, because of which Guru started bleeding on the spot from his forehead above eyebrow and went back to stage and showed it to the audience. “
Guru Randhawa right now is safe n sound and has returned back to India. However, the artist has decided to not perform in Canada ever. The incident happened in Vancouver, Canada when Guru Randhawa told one Punjabi man not to come on stage while he was performing for the audience.

Earlier, artists such as Kaur B, Himanshi Khurana, and Baani Sandhu went through a similar kind of assault while performing in Canada. This kind of behavior makes us wonder about the negativity in this world. The artists burn the midnight oil to entertain us and perform for us. They certainly do not deserve this!
