Gippy Grewal’s Carry on Jatta 2 bags “Best Film”, “Best Actor”, “Best Director” and “Best Dialogues” at PTC Punjabi Film Awards 2019!

Last year Punjabi cinema witnessed the sequel of much loved Punjabi movie “Carry on Jatta” with Gippy Grewal in the lead role. Carry on Jatta 2 managed to impress the audience with its story, cast and direction. Directed by Smeep Kang, the movie is said to have collected ₹56.27 million worldwide in its theatrical run which makes it one of the highest grossing Punjabi film of all time.

The movie impressed jury of PTC Punjabi Film Awards 2019 and bagged four awards. Gippy Grewal won the BEST ACTOR for Carry on Jatta 2; Smeep Kang won BEST DIRECTOR; Naresh Kathooria for BEST DIALOGUES and CARRY ON JATTA 2 won the BEST FILM.

Gippy Grewal, who also performed at the awards, shared these highlights on his social media.
