Flashback of what happened 8 years ago, back in 2011, GARRY WAS DEPORTED FROM UK.
Garry first went to UK in 2002 under a different identity and claimed asylum but the UK border agency refused it. Then they placed him on immigration bail. He should have reported regularly to the agency, but instead, he absconded. In January 2008, Garry was caught driving without insurance. But he obstructed that police officer and received a criminal conviction. The UK Border Agency did not know his whereabouts until then.
UK Border Agency placed him back on immigration bail. Simultaneously, they worked to obtain emergency travel documents to remove him because he did not have a passport.
After obtaining an emergency travel document, officers visited his address in Hanover Road, Rowley Regis in October 2009 but discovered he had absconded again.
Garry was finally arrested on 27 October 2011. UK Border Agency temporarily released him in November while considering further representations. But they rejected these and he was re-detained on 16 December. After that, he got deported to India on 12 January 2012.
After when he came back to India, he continued working on his music career and gave a lot of superhits. And as you all can see for yourself, he is acing milestones now.
Now, he will return for his first gig in the UK in November, headlining an event by E3UK. One of Britain’s leading Asian entertainment companies, E3UK is organizing the event. It will take place at The Arena Birmingham (formally known as The Barclaycard Arena) on Saturday 2nd November 2019.
