Popular Indian Filmmaker Karan Johar will be joining hands with Netflix. On the occasion of his 47th birthday Netflix India announced that Karan will be making his digital debut. The show is titled ‘What The Love?‘ and will be airing soon. However, Karan will be seen expressing his views and thoughts on love and relationships. Johar has been given the title of ‘Love guru’ by many actors like Arjun Kapoor, Sunny leone and Rishi Kapoor.
Karan is currently the host of popular talk show ‘Koffee with Karan’ and the judge of “India’s Got Talent”. According to the reports, he will also be hosting another talk show. The show will feature Bollywood star wives and will have a chit chat about their relationship with them.
While, Netflix India announced the news on their twitter account. It got a mixed response by the Johar’s fans. Many of them were happy about it while some criticised Karan for appearing on every platform and not giving other people chance.

Replying to them Karan said,”Where there’s chemistry, there’s always a way! Can’t wait to join the Netflix India family and spread a whole lotta love!“. According to the sources, the show will feature Sunny Leone, Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra.
Earlier, Karan has collaborated with Netflix for an anthology film titled Lust stories . He had teamed up with Zoya Akhtar, Anurag Kashyap, and Dibakar Banerjee for this film. However, Johar’s segment revolved around a newly married schoolteacher whose husband fails to recognise her lack of sexual satisfaction. The film was praised for the exploration of female sexuality which is rarely dealt in Indian cinema.
Karan is the son of Hiroo Johar and veteran filmmaker Yash Johar. He had made his directorial debut with Kuch Kuch Hota Hai in 1998. Currently, his production house is busy producing films like “Drive” and “Good News”. Johar’s next film as a director is ‘Takht’ with A-list cast. The film is a historical period drama based in Mughal era.
