Priyanka Chopra quits “Bharat”! Director Ali Abbas Zafar confirms!

I was on cloud nine when I heard about Queen PC’s return to Bollywood through “Bharat” ! The movie which also stars Salman Khan, Disha Patani is a remake of Korean movie “Ode to my Father ” .

But we have a bad news for Priyanka Chopra fans! The actress recently backed off from the movie ! Ali Abbas Zafar made an official announcement through a tweet which read:

Yes Priyanka Chopra is no more part of @Bharat_TheFilm & and the reason is very very special , she told us in the Nick of time about her decision and we are very happy for her … Team Bharat wishes @priyankachopra loads of love & happiness for life 😊😉😍

Ali sent across his best wishes to Priyanka but what made our heads turn was the “Nick” reference ! Priyanka and Nick were dating for a while now and this tweet looked like a confirmation on the two getting engaged !

Salman Khan and Disha Patani have already begun the shoot of Bharat and the movie is expected to release on EID this year !
